You’ll be asked to provide details of the repair along with photos and/or video, for a better understanding of the issue.

If required, the repair will be passed on to the appropriate contractors to carry out the work.

Access to your property must be provided to enable the contractor to carry out the repair, or permission given to use a master key to gain entry in your absence.
